  I made an appointment for 3 p.m to get my dog's nails trimmed and buy some flea preventive medicine. Everyone that came in after us were seen before us. This should have been a quick trip. The receptionist did not give eye contact when ever greeting me. How rude! No one let us know the vet tech and or doctor was running late. A heads up would have been greatly appreciated.
